The 3 rooms come unfurnished. The flat is above a little cozy pub that I own. Access to the flats is through the pub.

The flats are on the top floor and you don’t hear noise from the pub.

I’m not looking for a deposit or overly keen on references, they don’t really mean much. Just looking for the right people that would compliment the living environment.

There is a large shared living room downstairs and a large sized kitchen.

All bills will be included, which means £600 all in, in Winchmore Hill is very competitively priced.

Close links to Winchmore Hill overground and Southgate underground stations.

There is always the odd shift going in the bar or helping with BBQ’s on the weekend, so if anyone fancied a little part time work there is the option
