Enfield town shopping centre is about5-7 minutes by car, edmonton green railway is about 5 minutes by car and bush hill park railway is about 10 minutes by car..
There is a decent size kitchen with 2 fridges ,a washing machine .
The utility bills are included as is the broadband and the council tax
I am looking for a professional tenant who is in full time employment and must be clean and tidy.
I do not except anyone who is working from home.
