Room to rent in Winchmore Hill

Room with a single bed to rent. There is also decent storage space for clothes and other items. It's a terraced house in a quiet cul de sac. There is plenty of parking in the road and I also have a spare space on my driveway. There is a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk, on Green Lanes. The National Rail station is a 10 minute walk or you can get a 329 to Palmers Green Station, or Wood Green (if you need the Underground). I have a cat, so no one with allergies please.

The house is my home, so ideally I'm after someone who will only be here Monday to Friday and is a professional. The living room will be out of bounds and no guests are allowed. I'm after someone neat, tidy and quiet that I will get along with.

All bills will be included in the rent.
