15 - 20 minutes walk to Winchmore Hill railway station (or 5 min by car). Commute to major stations including Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate all within 15-30 mins. Otherwise, a bus ride to Southgate or Wood Green tube stations on the Piccadilly Line.

There will be an extra £100 per month for broadband, water, gas, electricity and council tax. This also includes a bi-weekly cleaner.
