Sharing with two others, a live-in Land and her young daughter. There is also a very friendly cat living in the house, Looking for a like-minded professional who is sociable and shares the value of a clean and tidy home and doesn't mind children. Sorry guys! Due to my daughter I am only looking to share with a female!

This Double room is fully furnished with a double-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk/dresser and a drawer.

Located on a side road off the Firs Lanes, behind Firs Farm Wetlands. There is a lovely brunch restaurant and a local Sainsbury's in less than a 15 minute walk away. There are also lovely parks like Bury Lodge and Grovelands nearby.

15 minutes walk to Winchmore Hill railway station (or 5 min by car). Commute to major stations including Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington, Old Street and Moorgate all within 15-30 mins. Otherwise, a bus ride to Southgate or Wood Green tube stations on the Piccadilly Line.

This price also includes a bi-weekly cleaner.
