Single room available in my 3 bedroom, 2 lounge house on a lovely quiet road in Winchmore Hill from 1 May.

The room has a large and deep built in wardrobe so there's plenty of storage.

I'm a professional single mother of two daughters aged 6 and 8 who live with me for half of the week. The other half of the week it will be just me.

You'll have access to the second lounge (image provided) which we don't use that often so you can enjoy your own space. We also have a lovely garden which you're welcome to use.

When my children aren't there, you will also have sole access to the main bathroom.

Parking is available on the street.

Looking for someone who doesn't mind being around children and who is clean and tidy.

Will also consider a Monday - Friday let at a discounted cost.

The house is also equidistant from Winchmore Hill and Bush Hill Park railway stations which are both around a 16 minute walk.
