Professional Female Flatmate Wanted

Looking for a professional female to join a tenancy in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in beautiful Winchmore Hill, starting at the beginning of July. You'll be sharing with one tidy, respectful, and easy going professional (female, 30s). My current flatmate is relocating for work, so I'm looking for someone to move in and enjoy the space with me until the end of the tenancy, with the possibility of extending it for longer from October.

● Excellent transport links (close 5minutes to Winchmore Hill station and bus routes)
● Walking distance to pubs, shops (massive Sainsbury’s is three minutes walk), cafés, and lots of green spaces
About you:
A professional female (late 20s–40s ideally), who is clean, considerate, and looking for a peaceful, comfortable home for the next few months. Rent: £825 per month + bills roughly £150
Deposit: £950
Available: first week of July, some flexibility here
