Hello! We have an unfurnished, ensuite double room with loads of built in storage available in our gorgeous little north London flat! There's a very spacious shared living room, good sized kitchen (with dishwasher!) and yummy roof terrace!

The area is absolutely beautiful, with lots of pubs, cafés and little shops, big sainsburys and a waitrose about 10mins walk away!

The nearest station is Winchmore Hill (less than 3mins away) and you can get to Southgate station in under 15mins on the bus that stops right outside! Under an hour to central either way.

Rent is £735, bills under £150!

Move in date asap but we're very flexible!

You would be moving in with:

Steph (26, works at Hercules the musical) and Fee (24, works at the Penthouse of Harrods)! We love reading, all things theatre, cinema trips, finding cool restaurants and places to have a nice little walk! We love a Grey's anatomy hangout, but will also watch literally whatever you want! Steph makes the best Yorkshire puddings and I make the best brownies! We're both very chill and appreciate our alone time, but equally love hanging out and will always stop to chat in the kitchen ❤️

We also have a darling little cat who is very well behaved and even is getting into wearing hats!

We are looking for someone who wants to be friends as well as flatmates, and make as much of a home out of a rental as possible!
