I would prefer a tenant who is only looking for Monday-Friday accommodation a teacher, professional.
I am open though to finding the best match with myself.
I am 67 I work in a secondary school and I am 'easy going' .
I have 2 sitting rooms so space is not an issue.
I have a large garden with plenty of seating and a large garage plus .plenty of parking at the side of the house.
I do not have en suite the bathroom &wc would be shared (x2)
I am afraid I do not want other people staying overnight.
I enjoy 'keeping fit' and I love to cook.
