Further north than some would choose, but 4 minute walk to the station, 15 mins to Finsbury Park makes the rest of London easy. The trade-off is it's incredibly safe, calm and friendly - hard to put a price on.

More wine and dinner than house parties. Clean, considerate and relaxed. Come and go as you please, have people stay, be as social or independent as you like - the only ask is that you're clean, considerate and can pass agency referencing.
