This property offers a good sized room in safe surroundings. The home itself is semi-detached, next to a dental surgery. We have quiet, friendly neighbours.

The house is in a very convenient location, within a minute walk there are two parades of shops with restaurants, Post Office & Tescos Express along with good transport links. Sainsburys superstore too is just a short walk away.

Transport
11 minute walk to Winchmore Hill, or Grange park Overground Stations. Trains connect directly to the City - 30mins to either Kings Cross or Moorgate - and also stop at Finsbury Park for the Piccadilly line and Highbury & Islington for the Victoria line.



One month deposit required & one month notice please.

Current housemates are clean, kind & respect each others privacy. There is also a small friendly dog:) who stays downstairs.

The following bills are included in the monthly rent - gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet broadband.

There is space for up to three cars to the rear of the property.
