Parking bases available for residents on first come first served basis or parking available on the street; no washing machine but laundrette nearby or pick up and deliver laundry service available at a charge. Must be non-smoker. Ideal for people who like privacy and quiet. Working Professionals only. Two weeks deposit required. References required.
