Short term let - 5 minutes from Wood Green Station

Lovely bright room available in spacious 2 bedroom flat. Plenty of shared spaces - downstairs there is a huge living room with TV, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher whilst upstairs is a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. The room itself has a double bed, a wardrobe and two in-built storage cupboards. It has a nice view over the garden of the building and gets plenty of sunlight.

You'll be sharing with Merel, who is a friendly, respectful and sociable housemate. She has decorated the living area beautifully so it is very homely and cozy. We're looking for someone considerate, friendly and clean. Shoes aren't worn in the house, and no smokers please. Couples are also welcome.

The flat is in a great location - in the leafier half of Wood Green but still only a few minutes walk from the tube station, high street and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. 20 minutes on the tube from Kings Cross.

Note that this is a short term let only, which will run from mid January to mid March (exact dates can be negotiated). Perfect if you would like somewhere to stay as you look for a more long-term living situation.

The rent for the room is £750 per month, including all bills and council tax. If you are in a couple this is increased to £800 per month.
