I'm currently looking for 3 new tenants to share this lovely 4- bedroom house
Im looking for someone to move on the 19th of September to join a share tenancy agreement

Is a Victorian house with one bathroom a second toilet, garden, large kitchen/leaving room.
The house is at 2 minutes walk to Wood Green station close to shops and busy area of green lanes full of shops, restaurant, gym and a few minutes from Alexandra Palace.

Im a professional Italian working in Hospitality ,very clean, honest and polite. most of the time I spent time at work.

Price included council tax and Internet. there is a annual contract with a break clause of 6 month.

Deposit is a month rent in advance and 120 ( a week of the whole property shared ).
