Hello there,

I have a lovely double room available in my house on tree-lined Morley Avenue. Looking for someone preferably end of May until the end of June, but there is some flexibility with this so feel free to ask me!

The room is a good size with two large windows overlooking the avenue. Noel Park is a quiet, calm residential area, but in 10 minutes walk, you are in the bustling hub of Wood Green which has excellent transport links and amenities.

The kitchen and bathroom (has a bath) are in good condition and there is a large open plan living room with a sofa and dining area. The garden is quite small, but lovely and sunny, perfect for an evening drink or a BBQ. There's also a patio with fire-pit. The whole house is spacious and light: it's a really uplifting place to live!
