Description

This five bedroom house and has been done with tenants requirements. Only the four double bedrooms will be rented and only one is now available for rent.
Rooms will come with ethnet connection and WiFi. Ikea tall wardrobe with two hanging rails, king size ottoman bed, four chest of drawers and curtains.
Flooring for bedrooms are carpets and communal area is laminate.
Two of the rooms are on the ground floor and two other bedrooms are on the 1st floor and everyone has access to either bathroom. The first floor bathroom comes with bath and shower facilities toilet shelving and hand wash sink with mixer tap.
The shower room is on the ground floor with electric shower cubicle. Wash hand sink with
Mixer tap and toilet.
The lounge has laminate flooring and will come with a sofa and dining table with chairs.
Kitchen has sink, dish washer electric ceramic hob. Electric double oven and fridge freezer.
There is a utility area which houses the washing machine and separate dryer.
All bills gas electricity and council tax included in rent plus broadband throughout with internet points in the bedrooms.
Windows are double glazed throughout.
The house has cctv covering the front and rear of the houses.
Rear garden and patio area which is open to tenants to use. Extra storage can be provided in the loft space.
A cleaner will visit once a week to clean bathrooms and communal areas.
I will be staying in the small fifth room a a few times a year. I don’t live in the UK for long so you will rarely see me. Please note the house is not complete so photos not ready yet. Parking permits are obtainable from the council as restriction applies between 11.00-13.00. A full reference will be carried out so you will need to provide current employment details and proof of employment. Previous landlord references will be required. Passport and visa will need to be provided along with recent bank statement as proof of address. If you don’t think you will pass references then please do not respond to the advert be has there is nothing we can do. Couples may be considered but it would be only one couple.
Partners are not permitted to stay over continuously as four people having guests would make the house 8 people which is not allowed on the licence.
