Beautiful single room in a house full of books

We're looking for a new housemate for a lovely single bedroom! The room has wooden floors, a built-in wardrobe and original fireplace, and comes with a bed and mattress. You'll be sharing with a woman in her early thirties (British) and a guy in his mid twenties, (French) both into books, arthouse films and cooking delicious food. We're very friendly but also respectful, and work/study full time in the arts so aren't into to raising hell. There's a living-dining room and a decent sized-kitchen, an enormous bathroom and a cute garden with lots of herbs. We speak French, Italian and English and would love to find a housemate who speaks at least two of those languages! Ideally you'd also be up for sharing food basics, eating together occasionally, cleaning regularly, and generally contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Nouveau colocataire recherché dans une adorable chambre individuelle! Avec du parquet, une ancienne cheminée, un placard intégré, la chambre avec lit et matelas inclus a beaucoup de cachet. Tu partageras cette maison avec une jeune trentenaire (anglaise) et un étudiant de 24 ans (français) qui sont tous les deux intéressés par les livres, le cinéma d’art et d’essai et les défis culinaires.
Nous sommes tous les deux à la recherche d’une collocation conviviale mais aussi respectueuse. Nous travaillons/étudions à plein temps dans la culture sans avoir aucune envie de conflits à la maison.
Il y a un salon/salle à manger très spacieux, une grande cuisine, une immense salle de bain et un petit jardinet avec tout un tas d’herbes.
Nous parlons français, italien et anglais et voudrions un colocataire qui parle au moins deux de ces langues. Idéalement, il faudrait que tu sois prêt à partager les produits alimentaires de base, manger ensemble de temps en temps, faire le ménage régulièrement et participer à la bonne ambiance de la colocation.
