Spacious Double Room In Wood Green

We live in a cozy house in Wood Green and as our flatmate is leaving, we will be renting his double room from the 29th February. The tenancy lasts until end of June but the possibility of renewing.

We like to share a drink and dinner when we can find the time but also respect each other’s space. Also, this house is our home so we would like to find someone who will take care of it (cleans, respects the cleaning rota - this is important).

The room is large sized and comes completely furnished: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table, desk and chair. There’s also a basement with additional storage space.

The rent excludes bills, which approximately are between £40- £50 monthly- water £7, gas&electricity (depending onn the season), council tax around £40, internet £9 (broadband).

Other features include:
* Large kitchen, with all mod cons and enough space for a 4-person table
* A garden with a table, 6 chairs and a very big barbecue :)
* Living room with two sofas and a table
* 1 bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs

The landlord is looking for professional people who have permanent jobs and he requires references (salary and bank statement). No agency, so no fees!
