Big and spacious double room in a friendly house

Hello, everyone!

We are looking for new flatmate to live in our 1 double room in our home in the wood green area, just 10 minutes walk away from Wood Green or Turnpike Lane underground stations (Piccadilly line), and plenty of bus connections nearby. The area we live in is a quiet residential area and also has many shops and local amenities. It takes approx. 20 minutes to get into central London.

Big double room: spacious room on the 1st floor with fitted wardrobes, bed side table, desk and chair.

As for the rest of the house we have a beautiful garden with a barbecue and a patio, accessed through our vibrant kitchen with all the utensils and appliances at your disposal, a separate living room space with a TV, and of course, plenty of seating to relax in. Perfect for entertaining and having friends and family over!

As for us, we are very open and liberal people, and enjoy people from all walks of life. We do ask, however that someone clean and tidy live with us, as that is something we believe to be quite important.
