Monthly rent is £400+ council tax (£45) + bills ( around £40-60 depending on the season) to be paid on the first of each month.

The room comes equipped with a desk, a wardrobe with shelf space, a single bed and the house has lots of extra storage space. There is one bathroom, and 2 toilets, a living room and a big kitchen with a breakfast table. All mod-cons.

A month rent deposit is required (400). There is a month notice as well starting from the 1st of each month.

The house is close to the Piccadilly Line and there is easy interchange to the Victoria Line at Finsbury Park. There are numerous buses into central, east and north London, also a National Rail station (trains to Hertfordshire) and 2 Overground lines (Cheshunt to Liverpool St./ Gospel Oak to Barking) in close range.
The house is situated in the heart of vibrant Wood Green. Just about every amenity you would require is within a 7 minute walk from your door, in the shape of the renowned Shopping City. These include two large cinemas, a host of chain & independent retail stores, a library, cafe's and many pubs.

You are also very close to the famous culinary route of Green Lanes where you can sample the most excellent Turkish food in London. For green spaces: Finsbury Park, Alexandra Palace and many more places are within easy distance.
