Very Spacious Double Room available in Wood Green

Hello Londoners,
My current housemate is sadly moving out soon so I have a room (for single use) available to rent in the house where I live.

Rent is £850 per month with bills included.
Deposit is £850 (protected under DPS).

The room will be available from the 16th January 2026 (but we can be flexible as the room is going to be vacant from the 1st of Jan)

The house is on three levels:
- On the ground floor there is the living room that has access to a massive garden, the kitchen and a toilet.
-on the ground floor is where your room is located
(The photos are a bit old but I will update them as soon as the current housemates will take some better.)

The room is very spacious and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a desk (but NOT the couch, it belongs to the former housemate)

-first floor: where the other rooms are located as well as the main toilet and bathroom.

-The attic, another communal space.
(The attic is currently going under some refurbishment so it might not look like the pics at the time of your visit)

The house is located by Lordship Lane, on a 10 mins walk from the Wood Green tube station and Wood Green High Street with a great array of shops: Lidl, Morrisons and Sainsburys for your groceries; H&M, Primark and River Island for clothing; Tk Maxx and Wilko's; a bunch of restaurants and fast foods..
Within a 5 mis walking distance there is also TescoExpress open until 11 every day and also a bunch of Off Licenses.

You’re gonna share the house with 3 housemates: there’s me, Federico, into music, anything creative and fitness 🎶🎨🏋️‍♂️
Valentina, also Italian, a vegan and an animal and peace lover 🐾☮️🧘‍♀️
Uras, a interior designer working in a nursery 👨‍🎨
… and an extra tenant, the house cat Bia 🐈 who currently lives rent free but pays by being cute and sassy.

We are currently looking for a housemate that can fit in our group.
Someone that is clean and tidy and respectful of others and other people’s space.
We would prefer a professional rather than a student and someone that doesn’t work from home all the time.
