My name is Nicola. I am moving out of my room and I'm looking for a replacement housemate for my flatmates Rowland, Ryan and David.
We have a lovely double room in a wonderfully bright house in Wood Green (closest station is Turnpike Lane- about 5-10 min walk). The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, and drawers. House features a large front room, kitchen, rear garden (great for summer BBQ's and drinks) a bathroom and separate WC. Rent is £550pcm, bills aren't included but come to £70 per month. The house is on a nice quiet road but only a short walk away from the bustling shopping destination that is Wood Green high road! Here you will find all the supermarkets/restaurants/retail stores/pharmacies/bakeries/bookstores/libraries and cinemas that one could ever ask for!
Rowland is from Australia and is a professional musician/pianist, Ryan and David are both doing PhDs.

We are looking for a super cool person to come share our home!
We want someone who is clean, tidy, fun, considerate and wants to live with people they can chill out with, watch movies with, drink wine with and be merry with :)
