My 3 flatmates are looking for a lovely lady to join them in their house ASAP to sip a bit of wine, watch a bit of Below Deck and overload on BBQs 😂


CURRENT FLATMATES:
There are 3 other tenants in total who have all been friends for a while so the vibes are already great! Ellie (27) works in film, Tristan (26) is a graphic designed and Charlotte (27) is a teacher (she has a little kitten called Zero, he's beauts!)

They're a super chilled & loving bunch who are looking for someone tidy, relaxed and just an all round legend. They're pretty chilled about the ol' Covid & have their significant other's round now and again, so someone who isn't Covid crazy is ideal

THE ROOM:
It's available from now - a double room on the ground floor and it comes with a bed, comfy matress, desk, chair, bedside table, 2 chests of drawers, a long mirror and a wardrobe. There's space under the bed for storage too!

THE HOUSE:
The house is super clean tidy as everything has been recently renovated so no mould or damp (hallelujah), on the ground floor we have a toilet room, a cosy living room with a dining table and a kitchen with lots of storage space. The current flatmates keep things tidy & we loved to cook each other cute lil meals now and again

There's a garden which gets amazing sun, and there's space for bike storage outside too! Tristan's room is also on the ground floor, and Charlotte & Ellie's room are upstairs. Also upstairs there's a bathroom with a bath/shower and a separate shower room which is super hot and has great pressure (meaning yes, the house has 3 toilets!)

BILLS:
All furniture is included, bills adds up to about £60 a month each, 1 month's rent deposit up front along with the security deposit

LOCATION:
The house is on a quiet residential street so you'll sleep like a baby!
Wood Green station (5 min walk - Piccadilly line)
Ally Pally (15 min walk)
A HUGE Morrisons and Wood Green High Street (5 min walk)

CONTRACT:
The contract for the house ends on 1st September 2021 so this is ideal for a short-let!
