Very large double bedroom available in a 2 bed shared flat near Wood Green station. The room on offer is on the first floor of a converted house with access to an adjacent bathroom (ensuite), large shared living room and good sized shared kitchen - please see the floorplan for extra details.

All bills are included and you will be sharing with one other person (I'm a 25 year old male professional working in technology/insurance and currently working from home full time - I'll be working in the top floor room but don't tend to make much noise during the day). Friendly, tidy, non-smoking professional preferred. The furniture has been rearranged since the flat was originally moved into, so please contact us to arrange a viewing asap.

There is a local Tesco Express within 5-10 min walk and a larger Morrisons within 10-15 min walk away from the flat. ~15 mins to the nearest tube station (with buses also available).
