Bright and spacious double room, 2mins from tube!

Sadly my lovely housemate of 2 years is moving out, so I'm now looking for someone great to move in! (non-male identifying only pls!) The room can be available from 3rd Nov!

Rent is going up to £800 a month from Dec onwards, but the first rent on 15th Nov will be £650. All bills including council tax, gas & elec, water, wifi comes to £200 per month.

As it's only a 2 bed flat I'm keen to find someone I would enjoy sharing the space with, and likewise!
I'm currently working in an architecture studio in Finsbury Park and like to try and be creative outside of work in any way I can. I also love nature and have been involved with a few community gardening projects in the area. I'm also into yoga, climbing, and music (all 3 of my previous housemates have been musicians, any pianos/keyboards or other instruments are welcome!)

Overall the atmosphere in the house is very chill, and I would like to maintain the same homely vibe.
The living room and kitchen is super cosy especially in winter, and gets lots of great afternoon and evening light. There's lots of houseplants (in various states of health!) and not as much artwork as I would like!

The location is super convenient and well connected, just minutes away from Wood Green tube on the Piccadilly line and a big Morrison's, with loads of great bus routes to Dalston & Hackney, Walthamstow, Tottenham, Muswell Hill, Crouch End and central passing right by your doorstep! From Wood Green tube you can reach central in half an hour or less!
The glorious Ally Pally park is only a 15min walk away!

The room comes furnished with a bed and very large wardrobe, the desk shown is not included.
