1 Double Room In A Lovely Spanish Detached House

Hey there! ☺️
We’re Bea, Natalia, Valeria and Paula – four Spanish girls in the prime of life looking for two new housemates to become part of our little family (this is very important to us) ✨ Total of 5 people in the house.

We’re a nurse, a sales executive , and a 2 teachers, working from 8am to 7pm on weekdays. Sometimes we also do night shifts and occasional weekends 💤

We have 1 double rooms for individual use (no couples), and we’re looking for someone aged 28–38, open-minded, respectful, and tidy, who enjoys spending time together as a household (while of course respecting privacy), but ultimately wants a real home.
We love watching movies and series together, having dinner, working out, chatting, playing board games... This is a home, not just a house, and we take care of it as such 🏠

No couples, full-time remote workers (hybrid is fine), or pets, though friendly animals often visit our garden (foxes, cats, squirrels...) 🐿️

We live in a detached house in Wood Green, just 8 minutes from the tube station and 1 minute from a bus stop (W3, 243, and 144). The house has 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a utility room, living room, kitchen-diner, and a garden.

We follow a weekly cleaning rota and share household chores 🧹

Rent is £855/month, which covers all bills (electricity, gas, council tax, etc.), except water, which is billed every six months. The deposit is £775, payable to the landlady.
