Spacious double room available in a lovely shared house 2 minutes walk from Woodgreen tube station (Zone 3) on the Piccadilly line. The room is fully furnished, making it a hassle-free move for any potential tenant.

We are looking for a tenant to join the household, strictly no smokers. The property has a shared bathroom and toilet (separate rooms) and a shared kitchen with a dining table for socialising. The property also benefits from a lovely garden.

We’ve got a slight preference for someone working the classic 9 to 5. It's just to keep the home vibes smooth and ensure we all get the space when needed.

Located just a 2-minute walk from Wood Green Tube Station, this property is perfect for anyone looking to live in a convenient location with easy access to transportation and amenities. The commute to central London is approx 20-30 minutes.
