Large En-Suite Loft Room in Wood Green

Hi all!

I’m subletting my room in our three floor, three bedroom house in Wood Green. Our former flatmates are moving, and we are looking for someone clean and friendly to take over the space!

Now a little about the space: It’s the biggest room in the house; a loft room consisting of a staircase leading to the entire third floor. It includes an en suite bathroom (with a bathtub) and will come furnished with all the basics seen in the photos :)

There are two more bedrooms in the house: they are both on the second floor, one is occupied by my wonderful friend, Alex, and one will remain empty for me when I come back to visit. So you will have only one other housemate in the house and you will each have your own floor of the house and en suite bathrooms. The ground floor consists of a shared living room, kitchen and guest bathroom, and the garden.

The house is a 7 minute walk from Wood Green station and just under 15 minutes to Turnpike Lane station.

Some bills are included (council tax, wifi, and water bills will be covered. Gas and electricity are set to a pay-as-you-go plan, and are usually split equally between the housemates)
