I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a double bedroom in my flat.
We have a living room with a TV, internet, and all the essentials. The flat is located in Wood Green, just a 10-minute walk between Wood Green and Turnpike Lane stations. Shops and amenities are easily accessible at Wood Green Shopping Centre. The area is quiet, friendly, and offers easy access to central London via the Piccadilly Line.
About me: I’m a retired football player, work as a personal trainer during the day, and DJ at night. I’m often busy and travel about once a month.
About the flatmates: I’ve lived in this flat with a lady (my friend/sister) for 4 years and another lady for 2 years. The first one moved out because she went back to France, and the second is moving to the place she works as a childminder to keep her business running. I usually give priority to another female flatmate, but I’m happy to welcome anyone else as well.
