Single/small double bedroom available from the beginning of November for only £525 per month plus bills (around £80 per month - less during the summer time). The bedroom comes with a double bed and a wardrobe. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with an open kitchen, and a big garden. We are 3 professional women and a very well-behaved cat. We consider this house our home and we’d expect the same from you. This is by no means a party house. We are quiet and respectful with each other and like to follow some rules (e. g., no loud music, informing in advance about a visitor, etc). We have a cleaning lady coming once a week, so it’s always looking nice and tidy.
The house is less than 10mins walking distance from Wood Green station (Piccadilly line), supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, and the mall.
5 weeks deposit is required.
