Hello, I have one decent sized double bedroom available in a nice clean house, approx 10 mins walk from Wood Green tube station and multiple bus routes.

The double bedroom is fully-furnished with a wardrobe, chest of draw and a side table and black out curtains. There are also 2 built in wardrobes, so plenty of storage space.

There is a clean bathroom, a really nice larger than usual kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has a washing machine, 2 fridge/freezers, induction cooker and microwave. You will have access to the large flat screen TV in the dining area and free Broadband. There is also a nice garden.

The property currently occupies two women, who are clean, tidy and quiet so who ever takes this room will be sharing living space with them.

There are also 2 other women living in the loft space, they have their own living space ie: kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, you will only see them when entering or leaving the property.

Added bonus, there is another bathroom which the landlord uses but is happy to share with others.
