Flat sharing with one Female in her 50s + another fllatmate,
M or F or non-binary over 30 years old are welcome.



The rooms are in a lovely 3-bedroom flat six minutes walking to Wood Green tube station, 8 minutes to Alexandra Palace Station ( Great Northern line) , and 15 minutes from the greeny and delightful Alexandra Park.

Both rooms are furnished with the basics: a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, one chests of drawers,

The bigger double bedroom (£ 985) has also an armchair and a big mirror.


The flat spreads over three floors. The ground floor is only the entrance to the first floor, with a bright living room, a cosy basic-equipped kitchen, one spacious double bedroom (£ 989), a bathroom (which you will be sharing with only one person), and two double bedrooms on the top floor (one for £ 889).


Laminated wooden floors throughout the flat, but in the stairs. Minimally furnished with plants throughout.


6 minutes walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line), 8 minutes to 
Alexandra Palace train station), and many buses. 


Located close to all the amenities on Wood Green High Street (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, lots of high street shops, and public library) plus a nice little walk or bus ride away from the ever so charming Muswell Hill. 



The monthly rent includes all bills: Energy, Water, Council Tax + cleaning products +toilet paper).



You will be sharing with a woman in her 50s and an another flatmate (tbc), who likes living with like-minded people in a quiet, peaceful, very clean house.

The ideal flatmate would be a considerate, clean, ENVIRONMENT-CONSCIOUS and like-minded person, who is independent but also enjoys occasionally sharing stories over a glass of wine—someone who has a sense of community and will treat the place like HOME.
