Two double rooms in Alexandra Palace houseshare

Hello!

I'm looking for two new housemates for this houseshare in Alexandra Palace/Wood Green as my two current housemates are moving out at the end of our current twelve-month contract. Subject to finding new housemates, I'll be renewing the lease on 7th August.

About the house: it's a North London terrace split over two floors and located on a quiet cul-de-sac near Alexandra Palace. It has a large south-facing living room and a separate kitchen. There's also a garden at the back of the house which gets a lot of sun. Public transport connections are great: there are buses 2 mins away from the house, and Alexandra Park national rail station (5 mins) and Wood Green tube station (10-15 mins) are short walks away. We're also lucky to have stunning green spaces like Alexandra Park and Nightingale Gardens at our doorstep. Central Wood Green is about a ten minute walk away and has loads of shops, restaurants and a cinema.

About me:
I'm Lewis, 31, originally from the north of Scotland and have been living in London since 2015. I work as an urban planner and am currently working for a company mainly dealing with renewable energy projects. Usually I work from home for most of the week.

In my spare time I enjoy playing and listening to music, cycling, and visiting different parts of the city. Also interested in politics, art, and films.

I'm pretty quiet and chilled - respectful of people's space but also keen to chat, up for going to the pub etc. (there are two really good ones within five mins of the house).

Other stuff:
The rent for each of the rooms on offer is £866+ bills (around £100/month). The rooms are both about the same size (spacious) with bay windows - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is one bathroom in the house. There is a spare single bedroom for storage.
