Large Double in Wood Green - £650 plus bills

- 1 decent sized Double available in a friendly 4 bed house share - bills are not included but are rarely more than £120 per month - fully furnished, but with enough space to add a few extra pieces of your own if you'd like - there is a wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers, so there will be ample room to add more or just extra space should you need

- the 3 other housemates are super friendly with each other and do enjoy socialising but don't live in each other's pockets - plenty of space to do your own thing

- Laura (she/her) - works for a charity and loves cricket, Marcel (he/him) - actor and gamer, Owen (he/him) - works in theatre

- No living room, but the kitchen has a large table where we congregate from time to time, a shared Fridge/Freezer & the usual appliances

- The house is kept clean, we don’t have a cleaner or cleaning rota and we’d like to keep it that way. We're all very respectful of each other cleaning wise, we clean up after ourselves and pull our own weight with regards to cleaning communal areas regularly

- 1 Bathroom, with a shower, bath and toilet - we have all managed to have slightly different schedules so far so no one is waiting to shower etc in the morning

- Decent sized back garden and patio that we spent a lot of time in last summer drinking cocktails, no pressure to drink if that's not your thing

- The neighbours all have kids, so you won't be kept up all night by loud music - this isn't a house where we bring the party home, we are all in our 30s and those days are behind us

- Private landlord who responds to any concerns in a timely manner

- Turnpike Lane station is a 5 minute walk, Wood Green is a 10 minute walk (both Piccadilly Line), Haringey Green Lanes Overground is a 20 minute walk

- Decent sized Tesco Express 5 minute walk away - 2 massive Sainsburys 10 minute and a 29 minute walk away (in opposite directions), and a good number of convenience stores even closer - we are located just off a main road, but far enough away that it's residential

- A good number of coffee shops and local shops mere minutes away, and lots of Turkish bakeries, as well as a shopping centre 10 minutes away
