Large ensuite room in a 2 bed flat, less than a minute walk away from all the amenities of Wood Green, including the tube (Picadilly Line, Zone 3). The building is only 10 years old and everything is in good condition. The flat is first floor but there's a lift.

You'd be sharing with a nursery teacher who is out at work 12 hours a day Mon-Friday so you'll mostly have the place to yourself. He is vegan ish but not squeamish about meat!

The landlord lives nearby and is always contactable and very friendly :0)

Just opposite is Blue House Yard, a beautiful little haven for creatives and The Green Rooms hotel which does great food and drink. A huge host of fantastic other eateries on your doorstep including many great Turkish Restaurants.

The living room/kitchen has lots of natural light and comes fully furnished. There's also a walk in wardrobe which is massive and another whole cupboard by the entrance.
