Double room available Mon-Fri only

I’m looking for a weekday only flatmate to share my lovely 2 bed flat in Wood Green, with me and my cat, Tara!

I have based the rent on someone staying for 3 nights per week. My current flatmate (who is sadly moving out for work-related reasons ) stays Tuesday-Thursday night and that works brilliantly. However I’d be open to someone staying four nights for an increased rent : My priority is to find the right person who would be a good “fit,” so any questions please get in touch.

The flat has amazing transport links! I’m about two minute’s walk from a Piccadilly Line tube station, 15 minutes walk to a rail station and there are plenty of buses.

I work from home at least half the time so the room would best suit an office-based professional, who wants a “home away from home” in the evenings. You also need to like cats as Tara is very friendly!

The room is furnished and all bills are included. Bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared with me. I like a very clean, tidy, clutter- free environment and would need a flatmate who respects that. However, the room is your space and I’d be happy for you to keep some belongings in there when you’re not here, and have a cupboard/shelf to store a few things in the kitchen/ bathroom.

Gym, cinema, shops, restaurants etc. will all be on your doorstep. Wood Green is a vibrant, lively area which I love. However if you’re looking for a leafy, quiet suburb, it’s probably not for you!

I’m a sociable, friendly person who works full time in the charity sector. I’ll be happy to chat over a cup tea in the evening. However I’m also respectful of people needing their own space and like a quiet living environment.
