Monday- Friday only: Spacious double room

I’m looking for a weekday only flatmate to share my lovely 2 bed flat in Wood Green, with me and my cat, Tara!

I have based the rent on someone staying for 4 nights per week, assuming that you pay council tax elsewhere. However I’d be happy to charge a little less for 3 nights per week. I am open to discussing different options, so do get in touch if you have questions/ideas. However I’m definitely *not* looking for a full time flatmate, or a couple to share with.

The flat has amazing transport links! I’m about two minute’s walk from a Piccadilly Line tube station, 15 minutes walk to a rail station and there are plenty of buses.

I work from home at least half the time so the room would best suit an office-based professional, who wants a “home away from home” in the evenings. You also need to like cats as Tara is very friendly!

The room is furnished and all bills are included. Bathroom, kitchen and living room will be shared with me. I like a very clean, tidy, clutter- free environment and would need a flatmate who respects that.

Gym, cinema, shops, restaurants etc. will all be on your doorstep. Wood Green is a vibrant, lively area which I love. However if you’re looking for a leafy, quiet suburb, it’s probably not for you!

I’m a sociable, friendly person who works full time in the charity sector. I’ll be happy to chat over a cup tea in the evening. However I’m also respectful of people needing their own space and like a quiet living environment.
