Double room for rent, the first 2 months in sublet

Hi, I'm subletting my room for the month of June and July, after two months the room remains free, so you can keep staying there with the regular contract. the room is completely new: the mattress, the furniture, the wardrobe, the desk etc. The heating is independent, the house has two bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen and is located 3 minutes from the Wood Green METRO it is very close to Morrison Iceland, the cinema and The Mall shopping centre.
