We have a lovely double room available in our gorgeous home in Wood Green from 6th July. The house is girly and cosy with 3 bedrooms spread across two floors, with an amazing garden which gets a lot of sun ☀️

The room 🛏️

The room is on the second floor and is also garden facing, so is very quiet and has a lovely view! It comes furnished, with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe (desk not included but big enough to fit one!)

Rent for the room is £800 pcm, and bills are normally between £100-£150 a month.

Transport & local area 🚇🌳

The house is a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station located in a super quiet and residential road. It is a very well connected area, 30 mins max direct into Central London, 15 mins to King’s Cross and lots of buses which go to Green Lanes, Stoke Newington and Dalston. We are also very close to Ally Pally, Muswell Hill/Crouch End. The surrounding area is also great as we are right by Wood Green high street which has a huge shopping centre and lots of cafe’s/restaurants!

Contract 📝

The new housemate will be taking over the room for the remaining months of our contract. We intend to renew the contract when it ends in October for 12 months and our landlord has confirmed that the rent will stay the same, so long term lets only please - unfortunately no short terms will be considered.

Housemates 👯‍♀️

About us: You will be living with Sheli (26) and Ellie (29). Both of us work in mental health. Sheli is a trainee clinical psychologist and Ellie is a manager in a mental health hospital. Both of us work a mix of from home and in the office. We are both sociable and do our own thing, but when we’re in the house we like to spend time in the living room and kitchen cooking together and watching a good film or series in the evening. We aren’t a party house however we do like to throw a garden party (we have excellent space for it!) here and there and enjoy going out for a few drinks in the local area. We recently did a sip and paint afternoon (we love a good craft activity) in our garden which was gorgeous 🎨🍸

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful of other people’s space and chilled. Ideally we’re looking for someone around the same age as us so around 25-29, students or professionals!

Also no couples or pets please!
