We have a lovely double room available in our gorgeous home in Wood Green from 6th July. The house is girly and cosy with 3 bedrooms spread across two floors, with an amazing garden which gets a lot of sun ☀️
The room 🛏️
The room is on the second floor and is also garden facing, so is very quiet and has a lovely view! It comes furnished, with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a large wardrobe (desk not included)
Rent for the room is £800 pcm, and bills are normally between £100-£150 a month.
Transport & local area 🚇🌳
The house is a 10 minute walk to Wood Green tube station, 30 minutes into Central London and lots of good buses which go to Green Lanes, Stoke Newington and Dalston. We are also very close to Ally Pally and Muswell Hill. The surrounding area is also nice as we are right by Wood Green high road which has a shopping centre, restaurants and very cheap cinemas!
Contract 📝
The new housemate will be taking over the room for the remaining months of our contract. We intend to renew the contract when it ends in October for 12 months and our landlord has confirmed that the rent will stay the same, so long term lets only please - unfortunately no short terms will be considered.

About us: You will be living with Sheli (26) and Ellie (28). Both of us work in mental health. I’m a trainee clinical psychologist and Ellie is a manager in a mental health hospital. Both of us work a mix of from home and in the office. We are both sociable and do our own thing, but when we’re in the house we like to spend time in the living room and kitchen cooking, chatting and watching TV in the evening. We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful of people’s space and also chilled as we are not a big party house. Ideally we’re looking for someone around the same age as us so will only be considering people ages 25-29.
