Small Double room in Trans/Queer House - Wood Gree

🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️ Small double-bed room with shared makeshift studio space available in a house with a garden in Wood Green from the 22nd of September (with some potential flexibility). Pets welcome!

You would be sharing with 5 other people ( 2 of us are trans). We are all good friends and make time for each other. Ideally we would love someone gentle and arty who wants to be a part of a homely queer group. We really value open communication and have house meetings every month to check in. We are looking for another queer person and would really like to encourage other trans folks to come say hi.

The room:
The room is £ 658pcm for a single person we are open to couples but the room is small. Ideally it is a sublet (benefits accepted) until the end of our tenancy agreement in Feb 2025, with a possibility to be added to the contract then if we extend..
Bills are usually around 80-120 depending on season.

You would be renting this small double bedroom on the top floor with an extremely beautifully bright window with a calming view. The room can come with a bed frame but unfortunately the rest of the room is unfurnished.

The house and accessibility:
It is a three floor house with a garden. We have a kitchen/ living room space, one bedroom and a tiny toilet on the ground floor. There are two steps to get into the house and another step in the living room space.
First floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Second floor has two bedrooms and a small bathroom with a shower.

The People:
You’d live with Ben (they/he), Oskar (he/him), Treci (she/her), Coline (she/her) and Len (she/her).
None of us are originally from London, we’ve all found each other by joining the house share and we are proudly transforming it into a real home every day. We care for each other, have house dinners and celebrations (birthday cake is our speciality). Some favourites for our projector screen: dogs behaving badly, Traitors, and the Post Office documentary. We go to protests and Trans Pride. We’ve got each other's back and whenever one of us has some big important thing we’d be there cheering.
