Double Room in Wood Green

Come and live with us in our cosy, vibrant and sociable flat, located a 10 minute walk from Wood Green station (Piccadilly Line) and Bowes Park station (Great Northern). The flat is an absolute gem, full of character and colour, with its own private garden! You will be living with 2 others (Lisa, 25 and Alice, 26). We have lived in the flat for 2 years and have recently agreed with our landlords to stay on for another 12 months (with a six month break clause).
We are looking for someone who will be a new friend not just a flatmate, who is friendly, bubbly, respectful and also up for watching Sex and the City and drinking lots of tea! ☕️
Rent will be £670 plus bills which are just under £100 per month. (Deposit unsure- will confirm this!)
