Spacious double room in houseshare

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our houseshare ideally on the 28th of August, or possibly a little earlier if needed. We're looking for a trans, POC and disability friendly housemate who wants a place to call home and can respectfully communicate about any needs or problems.

The room is very spacious, furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed. It is also located downstairs so it is very quiet and stays cool in the summer.

You'll be sharing the flat with two lovely housemates, Maysa (she/her) and Vivian (she/her). We have a big outdoor area, a bright and airy kitchen and a cute living room.

The house has step free access, but the room is down one flight of stairs, with the kitchen and bathroom down 4 steps. In the kitchen there are two fridges, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.

It's just a 5 mins walk to the tube, with buses and shops close by.

It is right beside a small patch of green and the closest park is only a 15 minute walk away (Lordship Lane Recreational Ground).

We're looking for someone who is clean and respectful who keeps the common spaces tidy and doesn't mind a little noise sometimes.
