Cute double room in houseshare

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our houseshare ideally on the 11th of November, or a little later if needed.

Preference for LGBT people of colour
(Must be LGBT POC friendly if not.)

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed.

You'll be sharing the flat with two lovely housemates, Maysa (she/her) and Ricardo (he/him). We have a big outdoor area, a bright and airy kitchen and a cute living room (not pictured).
The house and room has step free access, but the kitchen and bathroom are down 4 steps and the living room and store room are down one flight of stairs. In the kitchen there are two fridges, a washing machine, and a dishwasher.
It's just a 5 mins walk to the tube, with buses and shops close by.

It is right beside a small patch of green and the closest park is only a 15 minute walk away (Lordship Lane Recreational Ground).


We're looking for someone who is clean and respectful who keeps the common spaces tidy and doesn't mind a little noise sometimes (Ricardo teaches music lessons downstairs).
