The room is on the ground floor and is very spacious. It has double doors leading straight into the garden.
The room will come partly furnished - the wardrobe and bed frame will be included. We also have a spare desk in the house if you want to use it to work from home.
The house also has a spare bedroom which we use mainly to dry clothes etc, but which also has a single bed in it so welcome for friends to stay over.

You’ll be living with two guys, we’re friends from school, both sociable, clean, laidback and enjoy spending time catching up and going to a pub quiz every now and then etc, but also respect each other’s privacy and down time! We’re both professionals with jobs in the City and work a mixture of at home and in the office. LGBT+ welcome.

Rent

It is rented as a single lease. Rent for the house is £3,222 a month excluding utility bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, internet, etc). Your portion of the rent would be £1,074. Our bills total £120 a month per person, which includes council tax, water, electricity, gas and wifi.

Deposit & fees

There are no agent or admin fees. PLEASE NOTE a 5 week deposit is required (Spare Room wouldn’t let me add this amount in). Your portion of the deposit would be £1,239.

Availability

Available from 1st October 2025. Referencing checks confirming monthly salary etc will need to be completed by our landlord which can take a few days.

Area

Turnpike Lane/Wood Green has loads of high street shops within walking distance. Alexandra Park is nearby with its amazing Sunday's Farmers market. It is also walking distance to Green Lanes which has bars, cafes and the best Turkish restaurants in London!
