Double Room in Wood Green Share House

Hello,
My double room, for one person, is coming available on 04 August.
Rent is £730 per month, all bills and more included.
Deposit is £350.
No minimum or maximum contract duration. I might be interested with short stays (anything less than 2 months is short stay) but the price would be different and rent and deposit would be upfront.
Notice period is 2 weeks.

The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with chair and lamp, coffee table and coat hanger. Personal storage spaces in kitchen are also available.

The house has a shower room with toilet to share with 4 other people. There is also an extra toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and diner available to use.

Location is about 12-15 minute walk from Wood Green station or you can take a bus, 5-6 minutes if there is no traffic.

Small shops just around the corner.
