Double Room in Friendly Wood Green Flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to take our 3rd room after our lovely Elena has moved out to be closer to her uni. We’re hoping to find someone who will also treat the place like a home alongside the two of us (me - Jack, and Jef)

*the flat*
-The flat is an end of terrace, in a quiet location on three levels.
-Big storage room on the ground floor by the entrance, very convenient for bikes (5 in there at the moment).
-On the first level, very bright living room and kitchen space, with a lot of sun (from 3 sides). The living room can accommodate remote working (we’ve never had any issues with the wifi)
-The balcony is accessible from the living room and overlooks the garden/lawn.
-Bathroom and toilet are separate.
-The 3 bedrooms are on the second level.

It comes unfurnished but with an in-built wardrobe.

*rent*
£650 per month
Bills are approx £100/ 120 per month at the moment (they’d be slightly less if you’re a student as we’d get a council tax discount!)

*flatmates*
You would be sharing with 2 young professionals.
I’m training to be a psychologist, like football and seeing movies/bands. Jef is the creative one who makes violins, does swing dancing and paragliding. On paper, Jef wins, but I think we’re both lovely!
The atmosphere in the house is very chilled and friendly, we enjoy spending time together to share a meal / watch films when we can, but equally there’s no pressure when folks are busy.
We are looking for someone similarly minded to us, respectful, and who wants to be a part of the N22 gang.

*location*
We’re a 10 min walk from Wood Green tube station (zone 3, Piccadilly line) in one direction and Alexandra Palace station (Thameslink) the other way.
It’s a quick walk to the high road but we don’t get any noise from it as our street is calm and the flat is pretty surrounded by trees. Happy to talk local recs when you move in!
