3 bedrooms to fill in my house in N22

Hi all, I am looking for x3 new flatmates in my current place here in N22. (Zone 3) I have lived here for a year now, and our contract is finishing, my three flatmates are moving out, but I am staying so need to replace them. The property is located in Wood Green and is walking distance to both Wood Green and Turnpike Lane station. We’re also a short journey to Ally Pally. Lots of shops, cafes etc near by, and a short distance into central.

The house has a shared kitchen/diner with all amenities, and a shared living room. There’s also a shared bathroom and a seperate shared toilet. We also have a patio area which is lovely in the summer. We also have a drive way. The property has one bedroom on the ground floor and 3 upstairs.

A little about me, I am a 29 year old female professional. I work for the NHS. I’m in the office 4 days a week and wfh 1 day a week. I’m looking for x3 professionals around the ages of 25-35. Any gender is fine. Smoking is allowed but only in the garden. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Looking for like minded chilled people who are clean, tidy, but also like to have social evenings together, movie nights, trips to the pub, etc.
Move in date will be around the end of Nov/beginning of December.
