We have a beautiful extra large double bedroom available located on a quiet residential road. It is situated in Wood Green ans close to Tottenham (Piccadilly line) a few minutes from Wood Green Station and taking just 15 minutes to Kings Cross by tube, there are 24 hr buses with well served links to Shoreditch, Old Street, Camden Town, Finsbury Park and Central London very easily.

The room comes as standard furnished, has blackout curtains, we will be adding a wardrobe if needed, a small two seater sofa will also be added and some artwork for the walls. The room is massive and even with some readjustments by the new tenant it could be arranged how you see fit.

- Optional 32 inch tv can be included for the room

The house is also within 10 mins of Alexandra palace which is a great spot to visit on hot summer days.

Surrounded by restaurant's, pharmacy's, clothes stores, Supermarket's, street markets, local pubs, Parks and a Gym:). With a tennis court two minutes walk from the house, you have all the amenities you need nearby.

It's a brand new house, clean, bright, with a massive living room, open kitchen, and a private shared Garden.

We are looking for a friendly but also private person who wants to make this place their Home!
You will be sharing the house with 2 guys and two Girls.
Amanda is a Producer, Aaron is a recruiter and Ellis is a designer.

At times we might catch up enjoying some sunny days in the garden but also respect others privacy.

The House is split in 3 floors:

Ground floor:
Bedroom, Service toilet, Living room/Kitchen and garden

Kitchen
(5 gas cooker, electric Oven and a small grill section on the side, microwave, dishwasher, large toaster, big sized fridge and freezer, blender, mixer, and a little electric grill)
Plus a lot of amenities and tools to make your meals!

Service toilet (Ground Floor):
(1 small lavatory, 1 toilet, brand new washing machine)

Large Living room:
2 sofas with 2 dad chair, 1 table x6 people, bar and breakfast section with 4 stools.
There are 5 double glassed doors wich can wildly open to the Back garden, also there are 4 double glassed windows on the roof top providing a very bright ambient space.

First floor:
Aaron and Amanda

Bathroom:
(1 large glassed shower, lavatory, toilet, bathtub)

Second floor:
Ellis's en suite (Own Bathroom).

There is a weekly cleaner that comes to cleaning and we contribuite £36 each a month for it. All other bills are included in the rent.
