Hi guys! Looking for a wholesome human to sublet our huge room which faces onto the park.

We have a furnished double room going in our gorgeous airy, high ceiling park facing home. With its very own front and back garden, jacuzzi and an abundance of plants - it really is a gem!

It’s £870 plus bills all bills in north London zone 3, Wood Green on a very quiet residential street and 10 min walk to tube piccadilly line and tons of busses at the station and nearby.

We are about:

• 30 mins walking to Alexandra Palace which is GORGEOUS

• 7-10 mins walking from Wood Green tube station (option to get bus to station if you are feeling lazy)

• 10 mins walking from 2 cinemas, shopping centre (Wood Green Mall)

• 20 mins to Oxford Circus/Soho once on tube

• Kings cross in approx 15 mins

You'd be sharing with our tech girly, myself and 1 lovely gay guy who are masters in the creative world.

Lydia a tech guru, Chris (Me), who is a Creative Director and Oliver is a Fashion Stylist, we have a studio pop and we also have 2 cheeky cats our girl is called Snoot 🐱 and we have a little brother for her who is 8 months old called Boop. Also two goldfish! MephyMoo and Hades. Hades as you can imagine.. is a trouble maker - constantly bullying our O. G golden girl Mephy.

We have a lovely big garden adorned in fairy lights, jacuzzi/icebath and a fire pit for when it starts to get colder in the eve, we have an absolute blast here so hoping someone can match the vibe 🌈

Ideally we'd like someone 26+ 🥰 We are LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, tidy and have our own lives in the house as on different schedules but happy to hang out together too! We love a giggle, light hearted and most of all #angelsonly! Cleanliness is a big must in the house. Music is always welcome (we have a DJ set up) just keep it down after midnight or ask the house if you want to have a party. We love a party too - but also love to be zen sloths at the same time.
