Peaceful, clean, Double, share with 1 person only

If you would be interested in sharing just with me in my 3 bed house in Wood Green North London please do get in touch. The house is in zone 3 on the piccadilly line which is a 24 hour service . I have 2 well cared for cats who are both indoor and outdoor cats . Im helpful and sociable but a peaceful space is priority for me. I work most of the week , from home and from the office. The house is bright airy and not cluttered. It is kept clean at all times so anyone who isnt clean or tidy please dont get in touch. There is a dining area and large through lounge. Patio and garden . Room for a desk in the room if needed
and plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom. The area is fairly typical of London and has excellent transport links with facilities of all kinds right around the corner, large shopping mall 15mins walk away. The house is very close to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill, which are very nice and popular locations for visitors . The rent would be £870 pcm including bills ,household products, towels bedding if needed .
