We’re renting out a room in our Wood Green 3 bedroom maisonette flat. It’s a large terraced house, split into 2 flats and we own upstairs.

Rent is £700 per month and bills are £100 so overall the total rent and bills comes to £800 per month and that includes everything.

The flat is a Edwardian first floor maisonette on a quiet residential road off Green Lanes. It’s a 15 minute walk to Wood Green underground station (which takes 7 minutes to Finsbury Park & 16 minutes to Kings Cross on the Piccadilly line) and 10 minute walk to Bowes Park national rail train station where trains head east to Moorgate every 15 minutes.

The south facing room is available immediately for single occupancy and comes with a double bed and two wardrobes.

The flat has a private entrance, a sizeable lounge and kitchen, a modern shower room and a private south facing garden.

We’re both young professionals who work from both home and the office during the week. We’re looking for a lodger who is sociable, clean and tidy.

We also occasionally look after a super friendly dog once or twice a week so please let us know if you don’t like dogs.
