I have 3 double rooms available to move in now, in Wood Green. Each room is for one person. Students welcome.

Monthly rent is £790-£810 all bills included. Deposit is £400 for each room. Minimum 1 month contract, no maximum contract duration. (Shorter stays might be considered.)

Each room has a double bed with underbed storage, a large wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a coffee table and a desk with office chair.

House has s shower&toilet, additional spare toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a communal room, a back garden.

Location is about 10-15 by walk from Wood Green (or about 5 minute by bus.)
